If you've never been to Five Guys, give them a try. This location would be an excellent place to start as the crew here is particularly good. I always get a cheerful hello when I arrive and a "Thank you" as I leave.
For most people, just try the Little Burger. It's a single 1/4 pound burger, so it's big. You choose the toppings, so you get it made the way you like it. The fries are delicious and HUGE. I order the little fries and they poor more in the bag before giving it to me. The shakes are great, too.
It's a simple menu, nothing really fancy. Burgers, fries, and drinks. Everything is made to order quickly. You can watch them make it. The employees all seem happy to be there and are friendly, which means they're likely well managed. -

Have visited this exact location numerous times and have not had an unpleasant experienced once! I'm surprised about the negative reviews. It is a fast food and yes sometimes it takes longer than others , but my family always enjoys their burgers, fries and drinks. The staff are always nice, friendly and happy to help! Please be patient as these are young people working hard. Great place for a decent burger and lots of fries!

This place always makes the food WRONG
How hard is it to make a hamburger? We ordered 1 bacon burger and 1 Berger bowl. What we got was 2 bowls. How about next time read what the customer asked for. Waste of money and time. Absolutely the last time I order this over priced food that is always made wrong. -

I Finally tried the 5 Guys, I'd been to one before in Detroit once and I liked it, but it was a while ago and I didn't remember how things worked. I do remember the massive amount of fries they gave me.
This place was okay the space was huge, the staff was nice but didn't engage well, I had to ask a lot of questions.
I ordered a double cheeseburger plain, with lettuce, tomato and mayo. The bun was too sweet and not toasted, a real negative for me. The burger was good, as was the cheese. But it only had one leaf of iceberg lettuce on it, and a small thin slice of tomato, the mayo was also spread very thin. I was disappointed.
The fries were good, however when I ordered them they told me you get a lot of fries, I did not, and the condiments were sparse..
Really everything was fine, but I just wasn't wowed by them. I'll continue to go to the places that do wow me. -

We just moved to Bakersfield and didn't really care for the Five Guys in Las Vegas, but we decided to check this one out. We both got the little cheeseburger and you can choose whatever toppings you want. You can also choose any mix in you for milkshakes too! I love getting the peanut butter and Oreos together.
We decided to try the Cajun fries this week, but they ended up being a little too spicy for us, so the cashier gave us an order of regular fries for free!
Love the customer service and food, so we will be eating here often!
